                Speech For 24th & 25th December

                             
                      Respected dignitaries, teachers, my dear friends and here presented guest. welcome you all in our Ratnashram family. First of all, let me introduce myself before I am going start my speech. My name is Shah Chaitanya and I come from 9th Standard. Today I come here with a stunning topic of Songadh Ratnashram. Its so called sentence that,


             "Education is the biggest weapon by which we can change the world."

                      No doubt, education is necessary weapon in our life and everybody must pour into their lives. We know that Without education a child is like a bird without wings. But, only education is not important for the whole development of Human Beings. There should be a taste of moral value in our life. So the mixture of both these, Education and Moral Value should be access in our life. So, where do we find these things? We only can see this  in Songadh Ratnashram.
                 
                  It is said,

"There are obviously two types of education, one should teach us how to make a living and others, how to live."

So, let me tell you a few things about when and where this Ratnashram was   established.

                 The initiative has been started by two saints Charitra Bappa and Kalyan Bappa in 1923. The initiative has been started with 13 students and now there are more than 600 students those are taking education over here. The main aim of these two Saint was only to cultivate the seeds of SANSKAR into every students of Ratnashram and the people who are connected with it. Ratnashram has made more than 4000 lives. So invention of new talent, new art of living and how to be a good person, you can only see in this Ratnashram. So, we have been engaging with one tag line,

"Be Good and Do Good"

So, the only watchword of their lives was MATI MATHI MANAV GADNARA.

    

                   "We want that education by which character is formed strength of mind is increase, the intellect is expanded and by which one can stand on ones feet."

So, there is different between production and creation. This institution is not only a factory that is producing any good product. We believe in creation. So, when a child enters in Ratnashram he gets both things:- Education and Sanskar. So, when a child completes his education he thinks that he has taken enlightenment (Atma Gyan) as well as new birth in the world. 

  

                    So, the students who have taken admission in this Ratnashram will learn so many things. He will realize what is his existence in this world. There are numbers  of  Ashram and School but Songadh Ratnashram is different from all. I feel esteemed to be a part of this Ratnashram Family and many of us feel the same. 

                    So, I conclude my point with a beautiful line

"If you are planning for a Year sow a rice, If you are planning for a Decade plant a tree, but if you are planning for a Century educate a person."

Remove the curtain of goodness.

Tamim Iqbal came as a heroic character in the last match of Asia Cup 2018. In spite of discovered a fracture on his wrist he came again at No 11 and batted heroically and Bangladesh won 1st match against Srilanka. No doubt Mushfiqur overstated with his massive inning of 144 runs.

It was really surprised that Tamim came out to bat. It shows his honour and commitment for his country. Bangladesh really deserve this win.

On other side, some players of Indian Cricket Team are not playing this series because they think they need rest now😂😂. BCCI has been providing them a large amount of money. According to their wages they must be play each and every game if not then give chance to others to play. They are interested in IPL. But, people believe them as their heroes even if they played a last good inning and confirm their places in Indian Cricket Team.

It's hypocrisy that we need to open the curtain of wrong beliefs which are being shown by Our Media and broadcasts.

My Experiences

I was on a trip to Mount Abu before 3 days and I had seen many historical as well as beautiful sights at there. It was our first family tour and we had no any long trip before this. There is vast difference between Gujarat and Rajasthan in the matter of cleanliness  according to my experiences as I have seen.

In Rajasthan, I saw clean roads,  clean lake, and no litter around us when We are in public place.

 For example, Nakki Lake is clean in comparison to our Kakariya Lake in Gujarat. AMC takes fee of it but they don't take any strict steps against those who are throwing plastic in this lake.

 One surprising incident was seen by me before few days ago, when I was in Mumbai. I was setting on the boulevard at Marin Drive and I didn't have a topper of my water bottle. I am very well familiar with all the rules of BMC.But at that moment I don't have a topper and suddenly a man from BMC came up to me and I was asked by him to pay fine of throwing plastic things on beach, which actually wasn't done by me. At last I didn't pay fine as the topper of the bottle was very close to me.

Here, I only  mean that they believe in cleanliness, but today I saw many plastic bottles in the Kakariya Lake and I was feeling ashamed as we are still dump people in matter of cleanliness.

Another experience in Mount Abu as I have seen there, when i was not allowed by shopkeeper to give plastic to me because there is ban on the use plastic materials while in Gujarat you are free to throw anywhere where you like.

We need to change our ideas and mentality otherwise It will remain  only developing state with our wrong belief.

My memories with students.

Since I have became the part of this institution, Shree Mahaveer Charitra Kalayan Ratnashram, only one thing that has been making me happy, is to play cricket with the students. All the worries, tension and fatigue automatically remove when I play cricket with students. It makes me so enthusiastic to vanish all the worries of life.

There are so many happiest moments for me which have kept soft part of my heart and whenever I feel alone, I watch them and feel nostalgic. To play with them , to be child with them, to give suggestion, to give techniques these all are a part of my life.

This is my half article. I will continue...

 

Teacher can flourish in class by the use of technology

My name is Vinod Rabhadiya and I have been working as an English Assistant Teacher at Songadh Ratnashram since two and half years. Here, I am sharing my views about how can technology be useful in class. 

Now, this the era of technological world and every teacher should have the skill of how to use internet as well as other technique of computer in class. In the matter of this if  any teacher doesn't know the basic knowledge of computer or technology then, we must say they are uneducated people of 21st century, isn't it so far? 
We can understand if any school doesn't have those facilities of internet. But those who have all the facilities and they are not using those techniques, it means they are uneducated teachers.



Now when I start my job as a teacher it is definitely a challenging thing for me, but that is what you can do for the enlargement of your skills and methods. When you get an opportunity to represent to your knack you need to do face some challenges that how can you deal with your class, new atmosphere, and new school. And so on, Net is working in your class or not so many challenges you may face when you represent yourself as a technological teacher, isn't it?

Now I would like to share my skills and how I use internet and other skills of computer in class. It is really beneficial for me.

Remote Test

Frequently, I use both methods in class and the result of it, I get good output. It's good to use both the methods in class. One is very old method of Chalk and Talk. And one which is teaching with the help of internet. When we mix up both the methods of Chalk &Talk and TWT (Teaching With Technology) we get good result and classroom will become active and effective.

There so many advantages of the use computer and other device in class. When you deal with any point and you are wrting continuously on the black board, then it may be happen that   the students may loose their interest. if the same thing you apply on the  projector you definitely keep their interest in your point.

For example, when I do essay writing I frequently use projector in class and the result is that they clearly see each and every spellings and the pronunciation as well.

Apart from many advantages the most important thing is that they will not miss any word that is written by you. 

If we see the thing from the different mode or level we definitely get good result of it. I amnot saying that we get 100% result but at least if we get 25% result of it.  That's why wecan say it is effective and remarkable one.'

 However good infrastructure your school may have but if you don’t bring smile on the face of student then it becomes needless and worthless for us. You ought to bringe smile on the faces of the students because they are not only  getting good education but they are also learning how to live cheerful and pleasant life.

 

I have to admit that I am very fortunate I have got this skill. This is the era of technological world. Technology is increasing day by day in many fields and it is increasing in teaching as well. We have no idea at what extent it will come to end. But, if you want grow and glow yourself then you must achieve this skill.

Variouse projects and models are prepared by student. We came across many innovative ideas while we were making these materials. This initiative was started before 7 days ago in accordance with our school programme. To improve our education system we must have such a period to bring out their innovative ideas and talent in different fields. 

The aim of this initiative is to bring out the hidden talent of student . The success of this celebration would be the dream comes true of a teacher of serving and guiding them with our best efforts. It is to facilate students with proper guidence in order to reduce paperwork and the burden of study. This celebration will really ensure the growth and development of their carrier especially for the students who are really weak in study. 

The Students of Songadh Ratnashram as well as many students of india may improve their knowledge and skill level after getting covered under the umbrella of Teaching Learning.It is an ambitious exhibition will benefit every students and it may be new ideas for those who don't have such models and trave long distance and waste their time.

My Birthday Celebration

Hi My name is Vinod Rabhadiya and I am teacher in Higher Secondary School at Songadh. In this blog I would like to tell something about the celebration of a teacher's birthday as well as the deep relation between  a Teacher and a Student.

Before 2 days ago it was my 29th birthday and this birthday was really really special for me.
So many birthdays have been gone, many will be but apart from all,  this was one of the best birthday in my life. I have never ever celebrated such birthday in my whole life. So, this event made me so happy that I can not hurdle me to write an article. So, Let me tell you whole narration about my birthday.










10th standard students told me to come to school on the day of my birthday as it was Sunday. But they all are very close to my heart and my inner desire made me so crazy that I could not stop myself to go at there. I was thinking that they would be give me wishes and what would be more than that ? But, it was far away from my imagination and they had a different plan to make it very special.


































It was really surprising moment for me when I opened the door. I saw that they had written "Happy Birthday" on the black board and at a moment they started clapping and cheered up. These all me happy.

Then, one by one they were giving me more and more surprise. I was stunned when they gave me a file which was full of my all personal photographs that I have posted on facebook. Still I am thinking how they have taken these ?

 So, one by one there were surprises for me and One and two students also gave good speech about me that actually I don't deserve because they archive their goal in life and reach up to that level when someone will say that this is Vinod's Sir. That Day I feel that It is my best gift in my life.










But, their emotions, happiness, sentiments and aspirations made me so emotional that I felt so lucky there.  I must be believe that I am lucky teacher who has such types of students.

So, I must say that day was one the most memorable day in my life. All who were part of this event or not, they are very close to my heart. I wish that all of you have a bright future ahead and make this institution so proud one day.

The Role of Western Values in Contempory Indian Society.

Inspired from The Speech of Nagavara Ramarav Narayan Murthy that he had given at the Lal Bahadur Shastri Institution of Management.

Actually, many of us are having with wrong beliefs and prejudices  that Western Countries  have bad culture indeed. But There are so many things that we really want to learn from them. So, let me talk about what are things that we should learn from west.

Before I am going to tell something about this I would like to memorize  one 'Sanskrit Shok'

ॐ असतो मा सद्गमय ।
तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय ।
मृत्योर्मा अमृतं गमय ।
ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः ॥ 

The Meaning of second line is O God, Not keep me in the darkness of ignorance but lead me towards the light of knowledge. spread some light of real knowledge and I should keep away myself from all the wrong beliefs, darkness and lurking lure. Moreover,  Shree Sumatinath also talked  about his ideas and values of humanity. He says:

''Let me be shown your virtuous path;

Enlighten me, my ignorance cure;

Under a dark cloud I badly sinned;

Drive it off to clear the sky, my Good Wind;

Again I beg to make me pure;

The smoke of ill will darkens the light;

The oil of good will burns it bright;

For my salvation from lurking lure."

As an Indian, I am feeling proud to be a part of India and you also feel the same. We know that India has a vivid and fabulous culture having with  largest democracy in the world. we can see diversity in religion, caste and creed but in all these we find unity there. There are two pillars of the culture value system "Loyal To Family" and "Loyal To Community". We are not following second pillar and that is the tragedy of our country that we forget our duty, our responsibility to our country. unfortunately, our attitude towards family life is not reflected in our attitude towards community behavior. We are not showing much interest for social good and that's why we have evils like, throw garbage, littering the streets, corruption.  we are apathetic to the common good. In the West the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia New Zealand they are responsible to their community as well as their family. We are having with wrong belief  about their culture and about their living styles. 

I have to say very firmly that they are far more better than us. There are many points that may prove that we lacking in such matters. like, The Primary difference between the west and us is that, there, people have a much better social orientation. They care more for the society than we do. Further, they generally sacrifice more for the society than us. Life becomes more pleasurable because of this and this is where we need to learn from them.

I would like to talk more thing about them. 
in the west there is respect for the public good. For instance, parks free of litter, clean streets, public toilets free of graffiti while on the contrary , in India, we keep our house very clean and water our gardens everyday, but when we go outside we spit wherev we like, we throw

Passed GPSC Assistant Professor in English, class-2 Exam

Yesterday I got an envelope as I usually get it without any vigor but the letter that I received last night was totally different from the letters which got before. My anxiety got overed I was totally mad because I always get my name in failure list. I have given couple of exam of TET, Talati Mantri,PSI,Police Contable, BSF and more than these But I only got fail result. My number never came.
Failure, Failure, and Failure.

And during my childhood days I like most pepsi ad. As " Mera Number Kab Ayega". I was also asking myself too than when would be I get succeed in life.

Now , this is  just  the beginning I want to do different and Will do it..
Keeping one thing in my mind that
"Never Give Up"

But, as the criteria for the Post of An Assistant Professor is that a candidate must have degree of PhD or Net/ gset pass. I don’t have any mentioned post here. So, I am not eligible for this post and this time too my dream of getting achievement ruined. But, as I told you this my beginning i will prove myself best than better. Bye...
